“संत्या”, “शंकऱ्या” या दोन “बा’यली” “भाडखाऊ” सम व्यवसायिकांची बैठक !
पुरस्कार कथा –
जयसिंगपूर शहरात “भोग्या”ना काही तासासाठी रूम भाड्याने देणाऱ्या एका हॉटेलमध्ये “संत्या”, “शंकऱ्या” या दोन “बा’यली” “भाडखाऊ” सम व्यवसायिकांची टगेगिरीच्या निमित्ताने बैठक सुरू होती. भाडखाऊ व्यवसायातून आता फारसे काही मिळायला तयार नाही. सगळ्या लोकांना आपण काय करतोय हे समजले आहे, त्यामुळे “रेशो” ढसाळा आहे. आता नवीन काहीतरी तरी सुरू करायला हवे, अशी चर्चा सुरू असतानाच……….
संत्या म्हणाला, शंकऱ्या तू गेलतास काय “भापू”च्या वाढदिवसाला ? लई हारतुरे, फुलांचे गुच्छ, बुके आल्यात म्हण. तसा माणूस देवगुणाचा आहे असं लोक म्हणतात.
शंकऱ्या म्हणाला, गेलतो रे पण, तिथं जमा झालेले हार तुरे पळवून घेण्यासाठी त्या “32 हजार बुडव्या” ने दोन माणसं ठेवली होती. त्यामुळे मला गुच्छ मिळाला नाही. मग कसा सत्कार करणार ?,गावातल्या पोरांचा सत्कार करायचा म्हणून, बुडव्याने “भापूं”ना आलेले हार,तुरे गायब केले होते.
संत्या म्हणाला, शंकऱ्या तुझा सुद्धा “भापू” सारखा वाढदिवस करायला पाहिजे, तू आण्णांचा नातू आहेस, राष्ट्रीय, आंतरराष्ट्रीय पातळीवर तुझा दर्जा भापूंच्या पेक्षा मोठा आहे, तुझ्या वाढदिवसाला “राष्ट्रपती”, “उपराष्ट्रपती”, “पंतप्रधान” अशा लोकांना बोलवू शकतो. वाढदिवसाच्या औचित्य साधून येणाऱ्या पाहुण्यांना ” पुरस्कार” देवू म्हणजे, तुझा दर्जा अधिक उंचावेल.
शंकऱ्या म्हणाला, अरे, त्यासाठी स्थानिक स्वराज्य संस्थेची परवानगी घ्यायला लागते. भापूंचे “प्रतिष्ठान” देश पातळीवर काम करते, त्यामुळे ते कोणालाही “बुषण” देऊ शकतात. पुढील काही वर्षात ते “राष्ट्रपती”, “उपराष्ट्रपती”, “पंतप्रधान” यांना “बुषण” देणार असल्याचे कळते.
संत्या म्हणाला, बघ शंकऱ्या काय करतोस, पैसे भरपूर मिळत्यात बघ, एखादं पुस्तक काढूया, तुझं कर्ज फिटेल. “भापू” “पुरस्कार” द्यायच्या अगोदर, तुझ्याच वाढदिवसाला “पुरस्कार” देऊन मोकळं होऊया. म्हणजे बँका, स्थानिक पतसंस्था, फायनान्स कंपनी, हाउसिंग फायनान्स बँका व पतसंस्था, खाजगी देणेकरी तुझ्या घराकडे येणार नाहीत. आता बघ तुझं सगळं विकल तरी कर्ज फिटत नाही.मग काय करणार ते ठरव आत्ताच.
शंकऱ्या म्हणाला, आतापर्यंत शंभरहून अधिक लोकांना फसवले आहे. फसवायला कोण माझ्या जाळ्यात सापडायला तयार नाही. अशा परिस्थितीत वाढदिवसाला पैसे कुठून आणलं म्हणून सांगायचं. तुला तर माहिती आहे की, “न्यूयॉर्क” मधील बांधकाम बंद पडलंय. “भापू” सारखं करायला उभे आडवे धागे विणण्याची कंपनी नाही, पण, तुझी आयडिया चांगली आहे. “भापू” सारखा “बुषण पुरस्कार” द्यायला आपल्याला अधिकार मिळतात काय ? याची जरा माहिती काढ, दोन दिवसानं या विषयावर पुन्हा याच हॉटेलमध्ये चर्चेला बसुया.
